The file is served from Capturo's own server. It is not on the Play Store yet, so Android will warn you before installing — that warning is about where the file came from, not about the app.
On an iPhone? There is no iOS build yet — use the website, it works fully in Safari.
On a laptop? Scan this with the phone's camera.
Installing it — three steps
Download the file
Tap the button. Chrome will ask twice — once to download, once because the file is an app. Both are expected.
Allow this one install
Android asks "install unknown apps". Tap Settings, turn it on for Chrome, then come back. You only do this once.
Open and sign in
Use the same email and password as the website. Everything is already there — nothing to set up again.
