Delete your account

You can delete your Capturo Studio account yourself at any time. The account is closed straight away: you are signed out everywhere, your email address is removed from it, and nobody can sign in to it again. Seven days later everything that belonged to the account is permanently deleted, automatically. Until then you can ask us to cancel the deletion; after that it cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Capturo Studio and sign in.
2. Go to More → Settings → Security.
3. Tap Delete account, confirm, and enter your password.

On the website

1. Sign in at studio.capturo.in.
2. Open Settings → Security.
3. Choose Delete account and enter your password.

If you cannot sign in

Email info@capturo.in from the address on your account, or message +91 76001 00886 on WhatsApp, and ask for your account to be deleted. We confirm that the request is yours and close the account within 7 days; its data is then removed 7 days after that.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in details — immediately. Your name, phone number and profile — after 7 days
• Your galleries, the photos in them that we store, and the face data of those galleries
• Your clients, enquiries, quotations, bookings, invoices and contracts

Galleries, photos, face data and business records are removed 7 days after the request.

What may be kept

• Records of payments made to us, where tax law requires us to keep them
• Photos stored in your own Google Drive stay in your Drive: they are yours, and we do not remove them
• Backups, which are overwritten within 30 days

Guests

Guests who open a gallery do not need an account. If you entered your details to view a gallery and want them removed, ask the photographer who shared it, or write to us at info@capturo.in.
